Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Items must be in the original packaging, with all tags attached.

Return Process:

  1. Return In-Store: You can return items in person at Titan Vault during regular business hours. Please bring the original packaging and receipt.
  2. Return Online - Contact Customer Service: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. Prepare Your Return: Once your return is authorized, package the items securely in the original packaging. Include the return authorization email and a copy of the receipt.
  4. Shipping: Ship the return package to the address provided in the return authorization email. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Personalized or custom-made items

Refunds

Processing Refunds:

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us. We will provide instructions for the exchange process.

Shipping Costs

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if we provided a prepaid return label.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges:

  • We will cover the shipping costs for sending a replacement item for exchanges due to defects or incorrect items.
